The Tibby Olivier Training Institute – Trainers Programme

The Tibby Olivier Training Institute Trainers Programme is designed to provide those wishing to inspire a generation of therapists with support, guidance, confidence and the skills to not only teach but also provide them with the skills required to run their own training business!

The training programme consists of the VTCT Level 3 Award in Education and Training which enhances your skills to understand the trainer role in full, provides you with a range of teaching techniques and methods along with best practice for dealing with training room learner behaviour. It is ideal for anyone who needs to either understand the basics of training practice, or wants to refine their training techniques. The course also contains key classes in how to market your training classes to different individuals and sectors, how to adapt training styles to meet individual learning requirements for a variety of needs and how to advertise using a variety of streams.

The Level 3 Award in Education and Training is the foundation level teaching qualification. This course is appropriate for anyone considering training to teach or train adults in the lifelong learning sector. The content of this course is similar and equivalent to both level 3 and 4 PTLLS courses (as previously known).

Our course takes the Level 3 Award one step further and provides you with the support and guidance needed to run your own training business so we can shape learning for the future together!

The course encompasses 6 online taught sessions over a number of weeks, one session in person, assignments, presentations and home study and research to develop your teaching skills to reach your highest potential.
